    The linker config file is the input of the link process. For your purposes it helps to (at least additionally) look at the output of the link process: Have the linker generate a .map file. I’m sure you’ll find it useful for the type of optimization you do with cc65.

  2. That’s a really good point. That’s something I’m going to have to spend some time with as the program gets larger.
